Turkey Sighting

We saw these turkeys on the side of the road in Waltham, MA. You can see the bigger male strutting and preening.

Fire and Ice grill

Since this week is February vacation, my girlfriend and I got the chance to go out on a weeknight. We went to Fire and Ice, which is famous for its self-serve ingredients and large round grill (shown here) with performance style cooking. It was particularly crowded since on Mondays students can get all-you-can-eat for just under $10.

More Snow

Snow on the bushes outside of my office. You can see that the snow is still really coming down by the white "fog" in the background.

Duct tape and Kitty Litter

I took this photo from a Sunoco gas station, on my way to Connecticut. It amused me because of the deisel forcing the Sunoco logo off of the pump. The kitty litter slightly visible is from people spilling fuel on the ground. What a waste!

White Sock

This is just a standard cotton white sock, which I have always used. My girlfriend has been introducing wool hand knit socks to my sock wardrobe recently. I was really surprised by how breathable and warm the wool makes them.

Dogs and Salt Crystals

Hey is that dog driving? Nope it is just waiting in the driver's seat in the parking lot of Whole Foods waiting for its humans to return.

This sort of looks like an ink blot test, but it is actually road salt that has crystallized on my car from the salty slush on the roads. Still, what do you see when you look at it?

Tire Tracks in the Snow

It is snowing again, although you can't see well that it is falling in this photo.

Clam Chowder

Brass Dragon

I got this dragon at Yue Hwa traders, a tourist shop in Hong Kong and Singapore. This was a gift to my girlfriend, who collects dragon imagery and art. The dragon is sitting on my Macbook Pro.
