Iced over pond

Saw this as I was driving along from Binghamton to Arlington and it really caught my eye. The naked structure of the tree along with the beauty of the pond and the surrounding countryside was wonderful.

Rotten Trees

This is the end of a willow that decided to die. Fortunatly it fell only on the garden and not on the house in the huge winds we have had.

Yellow world

This is the view outside of my kitchen. It was suggested to take a picture and I agree, even though I stand at this window doing dishes I always see it at night, without colour.

First Snow!

Just love the first snow. It reminds me of looking out in school and seeing the snow fall.

Pickled Canned Peppers

Had to open another jar of pickled jalapeno peppers, and I was struck by how pretty it is, even after sitting on the pantry shelf for about a year.

The end of Summer

We went out to the local farm where we have our CSA share and caught these sights. The end of growing season the start of the time for plants to rest and recoup.

And of course, haybales everywhere drying out for the winter.

Fall Sunset

Caught this sight leaving work. Very pretty sky. Included the trees to stop vertigo.
